  • 1 fennel
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • some chervil
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine

Instructions

  1. Clean the salmon trout, rub with salt, quarter the lemon and add to the roasting tube with the chopped celery, chopped fennel and some of the roughly chopped herbs. Place the trout on top and cover with the rest of the herbs. Add the white wine, tie the roasting tube and cook for 25 - 30 minutes at 150 ° C with a fan oven.
