Cook: 35 mins
Ingredients
Salmon fillet with skin – 4 Pieces
Salt and ground pepper – – To taste
Fresh Lime Juice – 1/4 Cup
Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Fresh cilantro – 1
A bunch (650 g) of asparagus – 2 Pieces
Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Directions
Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Arrange the salmon in a small baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, combine butter and chopped asparagus. Place the salmon baking dish and the asparagus pan in the oven. Bake until salmon is pink in the middle, 10 to 13 minutes.
Using a flat spatula, remove the fillets from the mold, leaving the skin.
Bake the asparagus for 10 minutes, turning in mid-roasting.
Add sesame seeds and bake until the asparagus is browned and tender, about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, beat the lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar and add the cilantro. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with the asparagus.
