Salmon with Lime and Asparagus

The recipe for baked salmon with lime, cilantro and asparagus.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet with skin – 4 Pieces
  • Salt and ground pepper – – To taste
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1/4 Cup
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro – 1
  • A bunch (650 g) of asparagus – 2 Pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seed – 1 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Arrange the salmon in a small baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, combine butter and chopped asparagus. Place the salmon baking dish and the asparagus pan in the oven. Bake until salmon is pink in the middle, 10 to 13 minutes.
  2. Using a flat spatula, remove the fillets from the mold, leaving the skin. 
  3. Bake the asparagus for 10 minutes, turning in mid-roasting. 
  4. Add sesame seeds and bake until the asparagus is browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
    In a small bowl, beat the lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar and add the cilantro. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with the asparagus.
