Instructions

  1. Today I would like to introduce you to my favorite camping dish Salmon with Nectarine Salsa. Simple and really tasty, especially when we are camping on the North Sea.
  2. First cut the peppers and nectarines into small cubes and place in a bowl. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and add them with the hot peppers, the spiciness of which is softened by the acidity of the nectarines.
  3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the ingredients. Add a little maple syrup to soften the acidity and round off the salsa. Add a dash of olive oil, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Let the salsa steep.
  4. Heat a little olive oil with a little herbal salt in a pan and add the salmon. A little tip: set the gas flame to low so that the fish stays nice and juicy. When the salmon is nice and brown on the outside and a little pink on the inside, remove it from the flame and finish cooking with the remaining heat.
  5. Arrange the salmon nicely with the salsa.
