Ingredients

  • 125 g salmon, frozen
  • 6 cubes leaf spinach, frozen
  • 150 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 cups cream
  • Parmesan, grated
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen goods and cut the salmon into small cubes. Cook ribbon noodles.
  2. Sweat the diced onion in a pan with a pinch of butter. Add the salmon and fry briefly. Add the spinach and finely chopped garlic and sauté a little. Season with lemon, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the ribbon noodles and the cream and simmer gently.
  3. Finally stir in the grated parmesan. The amount depends on personal taste and the desired consistency.
