Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 1 packet smoked salmon
  • 1 lime (s), cut into slices

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, salt and the eggs into a smooth batter. Heat a large non-stick pan and bake three thin pancakes without fat. Let the wraps cool down.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in some dill. Brush the wraps with it. Top with the salmon. If you like, you can add a little more. Twist the wraps into a roll and place in cling film in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Before serving, cut the rolls into 1.5 - 2.5 cm thick slices. Garnish with dill and lime wedges.
