Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (mini penne riate)
  • 2 port. Salmon fillet (s), frozen
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Lemon pepper and lemon salt
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • a few stalks dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Wash, peel and core the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
  3. Fry the salmon fillets in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil, while frying, season with lemon salt and lemon pepper. When the fillets are done, cut them into small pieces, add the zucchinis and spring onions and sauté the whole thing until the zucchini are translucent but still slightly firm to the bite. Then add the pasta, mix everything and stir in the sour cream.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper, add fresh dill if necessary and serve.
