Heat the butter with a little oil in a saucepan. Steam all the vegetables and the bacon for 10 minutes. When the vegetables have settled on the bottom, add white wine and minced meat and cook for another 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer for 2 hours on a small fire with the lid open. Season to taste with cream, pepper and salt.
Before the end of the cooking time, cook the spaghetti until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
