Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • 2 large beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, more if necessary
  • 2 stalks coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 lime (s), add the juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Wash the chilli, pat dry, cut in half and cut into small, fine rings. Wash the coriander, pat dry and chop finely.
  2. Mix the prepared ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, sugar, oil and lime juice.
