Salted Croutons

Just make salty croutons for breakfast. A good start to a good day. To health.

Ingredients

  • White bread – 6 pieces
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 g
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Slice the bread.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, add oil.
  3. Beat eggs with milk, salt.
  4. Dip slices of bread in the resulting mass.
  5. Put the slices in a hot pan, having previously melted the butter on it. Fry the croutons until golden brown. First, on one side for 1-2 minutes (over medium heat).
  6. And then turn the croutons over and fry on the other side until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
  7. Delicious salty croutons are ready.
