Ingredients
White bread – 6 pieces
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Milk – 100 g
Butter – 4 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
Directions
Slice the bread.
Preheat a frying pan, add oil.
Beat eggs with milk, salt.
Dip slices of bread in the resulting mass.
Put the slices in a hot pan, having previously melted the butter on it. Fry the croutons until golden brown. First, on one side for 1-2 minutes (over medium heat).
And then turn the croutons over and fry on the other side until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
