Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Finely chop the onion and thinly slice the garlic cloves. Take a large pan (the cooked pasta must fit in) and generously cover the bottom with olive oil. Sweat the onion and garlic in it for about 2 minutes, then add the sage leaves. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips approx. 0.5 cm thick and dice the sheep`s cheese. Add these two ingredients to the pan just before serving and heat them up briefly. Put the pasta in the pan and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Tip:
  4. If you like it hot, you can add a fresh or dried chilli pepper - fits very well!

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
