  • 500g flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 2 onions)
  • 200 g cheese (beer cheese)
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, eggs and water into a firm dough. Spread the dough through a dumpling sieve in boiling salted water, bring to the boil briefly, strain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Chop the onion and fry it with plenty of butter until golden brown. Add the dumplings, season with salt and pepper and stir in the grated cheese. Garnish with plenty of fresh chives.
