Prepare all the ingredients you need. All dough products must be refrigerated.
Prepare the filling first. Finely chop the chicken breast with a knife.
Finely chop the onion, mix with the chicken, add salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
Let’s start making the dough. Sift flour together with salt, make a depression in the center where pour cold water. Knead the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each part thinly in a circle.
Lubricate the first circle with melted butter, this is very convenient to do with a culinary brush.
Cover the top with a second layer of dough and brush again with butter.
So repeat with the whole test.
Now roll the resulting layer into a tight roll and cut it into pieces 3-4 cm wide.
Now roll each small roll thinly, put the filling in the center.
