Samsa on Kefir

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince – 300 Grams
  • Kefir – 250 Milliliters
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Onions – 3 Pieces
  • Potatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Flour – 4 Glasses
  • Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Citric Acid – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Mix flour with baking soda and citric acid. Beat 2 eggs lightly with salt, add kefir to them. Combine both mixtures, add vegetable oil, and knead the dough.
  2. Gather the dough into a ball, cover and leave for an hour.
  3. Grind onions and potatoes in a blender, mix them with minced meat, add salt and spices to taste. Mix well.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls, roll them into flat cakes, put the filling on each. Blind a triangular pie, brush it with an egg and send to a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
