Ingredients
Chicken mince – 300 Grams
Kefir – 250 Milliliters
Eggs – 3 Pieces
Onions – 3 Pieces
Potatoes – 2 Pieces
Flour – 4 Glasses
Soda – 1 Pinch
Citric Acid – 1 Pinch
Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
Mix flour with baking soda and citric acid. Beat 2 eggs lightly with salt, add kefir to them. Combine both mixtures, add vegetable oil, and knead the dough.
Gather the dough into a ball, cover and leave for an hour.
Grind onions and potatoes in a blender, mix them with minced meat, add salt and spices to taste. Mix well.
Divide the dough into small balls, roll them into flat cakes, put the filling on each. Blind a triangular pie, brush it with an egg and send to a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
