Samsa with Herbs

A classic oriental appetizer with a recipe for making samsa with herbs will become even more accessible in your menu. We watch and remember!

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3 Glasses
  • Kefir – 200 Milliliters
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Greens – 300 Grams
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Put cold butter or margarine in the flour instead. Chop with a knife, mix thoroughly.
  2. Then pour in kefir and add salt.
  3. Knead to a tight dough.
  4. Fry the onions in butter.
  5. We drive in the eggs and mix, fry until tender.
  6. Then add the fried greens to the rest.
  7. Divide the dough into pieces and roll out the cakes, lay out the herbs and sculpt the samsa.
  8. Samsa should be pretty big. We send to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve the finished samsa with herbs, greased with oil.
