Sand Apple Pie

Delicious and easy-to-make apple shortcrust pastry pie that everyone will love. Apple pies are one of the most popular.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Sour cream – 120 Grams
  • Sugar – 6 Art. spoons (3 – in the dough, 3 – in the filling)
  • Wheat flour – 400 grams
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon
  • Apples – 500 Grams
  • Lemon – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Pour half the flour into a bowl, add cold butter grated on a coarse grater.
  2. Grind everything into crumbs, add baking powder for the dough, mix.
  3. Put sour cream, sugar and eggs in another bowl.
  4. And beat with a mixer until the grains of sugar dissolve.
  5. Add the resulting mixture to the butter crumb
  6. And mix.
  7. Add the remaining flour, knead the dough. Divide the dough into two parts, most of which is 2/3 of the total dough. We put the dough in the refrigerator.
  8. Rub the peeled apples on a coarse grater. Add the juice of half a lemon and zest to them.
  9. Roll out a piece of dough, which is larger, into a circle, larger than the size of the mold. We lay out in the form, form the sides.
  10. And we spread the filling in an even layer. Sprinkle with sugar.
  11. Roll out the remaining dough, cover the cake with it.
  12. We pierce it with a fork so that there are holes for the steam to escape. And with a fork, slightly pressing down, draw grooves along and across.
  13. We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Take it out and cool it, and then remove it from the mold.
  14. You can sprinkle the cake with powdered cinnamon sugar before serving.
