  • 125 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 180 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the tangerines. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and cornstarch and stir into the cream. Stir the mandarins into the batter
  3. Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes (gas level 3-4)
