- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 180 g butter or mararine
- 125 g suar
- 3 egg (s)
- 180 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Drain the tangerines. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
- Mix flour with baking powder and cornstarch and stir into the cream. Stir the mandarins into the batter
- Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes (gas level 3-4)
