How to make a chicken sandwich:
Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
- Season with salt, add a little olive oil, and stir.
- Season with pepper and leave for a while.
- Fry the chicken breast on one side in a preheated pan.
- Turn over, fry the chicken pieces until tender.
- Cut the ciabatta in two lengthwise in a horizontal plane. Grease the bottom half of the ciabatta with mayonnaise and put thin slices of cheese on it.
- Then lay out the strips of smoked brisket.
- Fried chicken breast follows.
- Tomato slices. Season this layer of the sandwich with salt and pepper to taste.
- Then place the lettuce on the chicken sandwich.
- Grease the other half of the ciabatta with mayonnaise, cover the sandwich and cut it in two. The chicken sandwich is ready.
