Sandwich with chicken and smoked brisket.

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta (white bread)
  • Chicken breast – 150 g
  • Smoked brisket – 100 g
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 70 g
  • Lettuce leaves – 30 g
  • Mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make a chicken sandwich:

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt, add a little olive oil, and stir.
  3. Season with pepper and leave for a while.
  4. Fry the chicken breast on one side in a preheated pan.
  5. Turn over, fry the chicken pieces until tender.
  6. Cut the ciabatta in two lengthwise in a horizontal plane. Grease the bottom half of the ciabatta with mayonnaise and put thin slices of cheese on it.
  7. Then lay out the strips of smoked brisket.
  8. Fried chicken breast follows.
  9. Tomato slices. Season this layer of the sandwich with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Then place the lettuce on the chicken sandwich.
  11. Grease the other half of the ciabatta with mayonnaise, cover the sandwich and cut it in two. The chicken sandwich is ready.
