  1. Pour sugar into dishes convenient for kneading dough. We break an egg to it.
  2. Add softened Generous Summer margarine, mix everything thoroughly.

  3. In the resulting mass, we begin to pour wheat flour sifted together with soda.
  4. Knead shortbread cookie dough for a short time. The dough is soft and elastic.
  5. Sprinkle the surface for rolling the dough with wheat flour. Roll out the dough into a layer (thickness 2-3 mm). Using a glass, cut out a round cookie (the number of circles must be even).

  6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We put round cookies on it.
  7. We bake shortbread cookies at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  8. When the cookies have cooled down, grease half of their total amount with sweet curd mass.
