  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 slices pumpernickel
  • 1 slice (s) boiled ham, approx. 50 g
  • 100 g herb quark
  • 1 handful herbs, fresh
  • 100 g cottae cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg. Wash and dice the pepper and cucumber. Coarsely grind the pumpernickel. Dice the slice of ham.
  2. Layer the diced paprika with the herb quark, pumpernickel and ham in a sealable glass and sprinkle with the herbs. The order can be varied.
  3. Boil the egg.
  4. Put the sliced egg with the cottage cheese, pumpernickel, cucumber and herbs in the second glass.
