- 1 red pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 slices pumpernickel
- 1 slice (s) boiled ham, approx. 50 g
- 100 g herb quark
- 1 handful herbs, fresh
- 100 g cottae cheese

- Boil the egg. Wash and dice the pepper and cucumber. Coarsely grind the pumpernickel. Dice the slice of ham.
- Layer the diced paprika with the herb quark, pumpernickel and ham in a sealable glass and sprinkle with the herbs. The order can be varied.
- Boil the egg.
- Put the sliced egg with the cottage cheese, pumpernickel, cucumber and herbs in the second glass.
