  • Parmesan cheese – 200 g
  • Vinegar (honey) – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Hot paprika – to taste
  • English mustard – to taste
  • Oregano – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Sandwich with Cheese and Eggs Instructions

  1. Grind the Parmesan in a blender.
  2. Add the yolk. Grind again.

  4. Pour in vinegar.
  5. Add mustard.
  6. Pour in hot paprika. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Cut the cherry into thin slices.
  8. Place a slice of white bread and a slice of whole grain bread together. Cut off the crusts. Fold and cut the rest of the bread as well.
  9. Spread the cheese mass on whole grain bread.
  10. Lay out the cherry slices. Sprinkle with oregano.
