Sandwich with Cheese and Vegetables

Very simple but delicious cheese sandwiches that anyone can make.

How to make a cheese and vegetable sandwich:
Directions
- Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices (about 10 slices). Toast bread in a toaster or toaster.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lubricate with vegetable oil.
- Put onion and fennel in a frying pan, fry, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until soft. Add tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the frying pan from the stove, add the olive oil, mix with the onions and fennel.
- Place the cheese on the baguette slices and the fried vegetables on top. Decorate the cheese sandwiches with parsley and/or basil (optional).
