Sandwich with Omelette, Vegetables and Smoked Brisket

An omelette sandwich with fresh vegetables and smoked brisket is a great idea for a delicious hearty breakfast. Here you can find crispy bread, soft melted cheese, juicy vegetables, and even aromatic smoked brisket. No one can refuse such a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese – 20 g
  • Smoked brisket – 40 g
  • Tomato – 20-30 g
  • Cucumber – 20 g
  • Milk – 20 ml
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. Lightly brown a slice of bread on both sides in a dry frying pan.
  3. Cut the brisket into 2-3 slices. Cut the cheese into 2 pieces.
  4. Fry the brisket slices in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides and transfer to another dish.
  5. Drive an egg into a bowl, pour in milk, add salt and paprika. Beat with a whisk.
  6. Pour the egg mass into a preheated frying pan in which the brisket was fried.
  7. As soon as the eggs set, put pieces of cheese in the center.
  8. We wrap the omelet with cheese in an envelope. Turn off the heating, leave the omelet with cheese in a hot pan.
  9. Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
  10. Grease the bread with ketchup.
  11. Put an omelet with cheese on the bread.
  12. Then we spread the pieces of vegetables.
  13. And the last will be the slices of fried brisket.
  14. Serve hot sandwich with scrambled eggs, vegetables and smoked brisket.
