Sandwiches “Piglets” Instructions

  1. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Instead of hard cheese, you can take processed cheese or feta cheese.
  2. Transfer the grated cheese to a bowl, add sour cream, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. If you are using feta cheese, do not add salt, and if processed cheese, it will not be superfluous to add a little garlic.

  3. Stir the curd and the piglet sandwich spread is ready.
  4. Brush the slices of bread with a cheese spread. There are 4 cheese sandwiches in total.
  5. Cut the boiled sausage into 4 slices thin and even on the cut. Cut a couple more pieces of boiled sausage for ears, hooves, and tails. Cut out these details as neatly as possible. Cut the smoked sausage into 4 thin rings (for “patches”).

  6. On slices of bread greased with cheese, place a circle of boiled sausage.
  7. Then lay out the small parts and slices of smoked sausage, imitating the pigs’ spots, ears, hooves, and tails.
  8. Cut the pitted olives into rings. Also, cut out small eye circles from pieces of olives (you can use black peppercorns). Cut flowers from carrots to decorate sandwiches.
  9. Spread the olive parts over the sausage sandwiches.
  10. Decorate the sandwiches with carrot flowers.
