Sandwiches “Red Poppies”

Cute sandwiches with red fish are not only tasty but also very decorate the table with their floral appearance.
Ingredients
- For 12 sandwiches:
- Sliced loaf – 12 slices
- Trout or salmon (smoked slices) – 2 packs (100 g each)
- Butter – 100 g
- Green olives – 6 pcs.
- Black caviar – 6 teaspoon
- Small pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
- Green onions – 2 feathers
- Red currant or cranberry berries
How to make red fish sandwiches:
Directions
- Mix the softened butter with 2 teaspoons of caviar. Grease the loaf slices with a thin layer.
- Cut each piece of fish slices into “petals”. Place 4 “petals” on the edge of the flower-shaped slice. Put 1/3 teaspoon of black caviar in the middle. Above – half a green olive.
- Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into thin slices. On each slice, cut to the middle on one side. Make the stem from green onions. Decorate sandwiches with red fish with cranberries or red currants. I had frozen red currants. It remains to put the sandwiches on the platter.
