Delicious sandwiches with a spread of boiled eggs, pickles, and sausages can be prepared very quickly and easily. Such a simple snack has a pleasant aroma and a spicy, rich taste. Quite a budget option for a snack or receiving unexpected guests!
Ingredients
White bread – 150 g
Milk sausages – 100 g
Pickled cucumbers – 60 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 40 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For the filling (optional):
Fresh parsley – 1-2 branches
Directions
Peel the sausages from the factory shell and grate on a medium grater into a deep bowl.
Place the eggs in a saucepan or stewpan, cover with water and add a pinch of salt so that the eggs do not crack during cooking. Set to maximum heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook eggs for 8 minutes. Pour boiled eggs with cold water and leave to cool for about 5-7 minutes. Peel the eggs, grate on a medium grater, and place in a bowl.
Also, grate the pickles on a medium grater and put them in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Heat a dry frying pan without oil over medium heat. Place the bread slices in a skillet and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Peel the garlic and rub the fried croutons with it on both sides – the sandwiches will turn out to be spicy and aromatic.
Place the sausage, pickles and boiled egg spread on the toasted bread and flatten. Serve ready-made sandwiches to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
Enjoy your meal!
