Sandwiches with Cheese and Sausage

Original black and white bread sandwiches. It is not difficult to prepare such interesting hot sandwiches with cheese and sausage, and their taste is quite harmonious – a great breakfast or a snack!
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- Black bread (Borodinsky) – 3 pieces
- White toast bread – 3 pieces
- Sausage – 170 g
- Hard cheese – 120 g
- Fresh dill – 1-2 branches
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Directions
- Cut the cheese into slices, and the sausage into slices. In total, I got 6 slices of cheese and 3 slices of sausage – just enough for 3 large hearty sandwiches.
- We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife. If desired, a couple of pinches of greens can be set aside for serving.
- Putting together the first sandwich. Put a slice of cheese on a slice of black bread.
- Then add the sausage.
- Sprinkle with chopped dill.
- Put a plate of cheese on top.
- Cover with a slice of white bread.
- Now we trim the edges with a knife.
- We collect the rest of the sandwiches in the same way.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put the sandwiches in the pan.
- Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Unusual sandwiches with sausage, cheese and herbs are ready.
