Sandwiches with Cheese and Vegetables

It is always pleasant when cooking does not take up a lot of precious time but allows you to be proud of the result. Black bread sandwiches with soft curd cheese, vegetables, and lettuce are perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • Black bread (whatever you like best) – 120 g
  • Soft cheese (curd) – 55 g
  • Tomato – 35 g
  • Cucumber – 35 g
  • Lettuce salad – 20 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to make cheese and vegetable sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Cut the tomato into a circle, and the cucumber into slices, at a slight angle.
  2. Wash the salad, disassemble the leaves, removing the lower part of the stem. Finely chop fresh dill, parsley.
  3. Dry black bread in a toaster at medium temperature. Let’s cool it down a little.
  4. Spread the pieces of bread with plenty of soft cheese.
  5. Salt the base of the sandwich to taste, season with a little pepper mixture, adding a pinch of herbs.
  6. Put lettuce leaves, cucumber, and tomato slices on top of the cheese. Pepper to taste, salt, sprinkle with herbs. Sandwiches with curd cheese and vegetables are ready.
