Sandwiches with Cheese-Cucumber Spread and Tomatoes

Preparing this juicy, original appetizer will not be difficult! With a little time, a couple of simple actions – and mouth-watering sandwiches with the spread of cream cheese and cucumber are ready! Tomato slices and chopped dill give such a simple snack an elegant and attractive look!

Ingredients
Baguette – 160 g
Processed cheese – 2 pcs. (180 g)
Fresh cucumber – 150 g
Tomatoes – 200 g
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Fresh dill – 5 g (2-3 branches)
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
Directions
Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater and send it to a deep bowl.
Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, lightly squeeze out excess juice and send to a bowl with grated cheese.
Add salt, black pepper, and about 1/3 of mayonnaise (1 tablespoon). Stir until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible.
Cut the baguette into slices about half a centimeter thick. Apply the cheese-cucumber spread on the baguette slices evenly.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices about 2-3 mm thick. Place the tomato slices on top of the sandwiches.
The remaining 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise evenly spread over the tomato slices.
Finely chop the dill with a knife. Sprinkle the center of each sandwich with chopped dill.
