These flavored garlic sandwiches are crispy. To do this, the bread slices must be lightly fried in a toaster, and then the ready-made sandwiches must be fried in the oven.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
White bread – 12 slices
Olive oil – 4 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) – 2 pcs.
Fresh oregano (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Salt and black pepper
Fried chicken meat (chilled and cut into thin slices) – 100 g
Pitted black olives (finely chopped) – 12 pcs.
Tomatoes (cut into thin slices) – 4 pcs.
Goat cheese (cut into thin slices) – 12 pcs.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Directions
Lightly brown the bread slices in a toaster. Meanwhile, pour oil into a bowl, add garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Grease the bread slices on one side with oil, leaving the garlic and oregano unaffected.
Place bread slices on a baking sheet, greased side up. Put one thin piece of meat on each slice, and put one piece of tomato on top.
Put one slice of cheese on top of the tomato, and put a few chopped olives on top. Put a little of the oil-garlic mixture on the olives. Place the baking sheet in the oven 180 degrees. Bake for about 5 minutes.
Remove the sandwiches from the baking sheet, allow to cool slightly, serve with lettuce.
Enjoy your meal!
