An uncomplicated recipe for a hearty quick snack from readily available products – sandwiches with egg spread and cucumbers. These delicious sandwiches are perfect for breakfast, snack or in case of unexpected guests. If you boil the eggs in advance, you can make these sandwiches in just a couple of minutes.

Ingredients
Rye bread – 2 slices
Cucumber – 1 pc. (80-90 g)
Egg – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Fresh dill – 2 branches
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp
Directions
Prepare foods according to the list.
lace the egg in a saucepan, add water, put on heat, bring to a boil and cook for about 8 minutes. Then cool the boiled egg, pouring cold water, peel and grate on a fine grater into a deep bowl.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press and also send to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mix.
Rinse the dill, dry it, chop finely with a knife and send to a bowl.
Add salt, black pepper to the egg mass and mix well.
Sprinkle rye bread on both sides with vegetable oil.
Fry slices of bread in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until crisp.
Cool the bread to room temperature, then spread the egg mass on it.
Cut the cucumber into slices and spread over the egg spread over each slice of bread.
Hearty sandwiches with egg spread and cucumbers are ready.
