Sandwiches with Herring, Apple and Egg

Stylish sandwich with herring, apple, egg, herbs. Forshmak ingredients are served on black bread slices. It turns out a very tasty and unusual quick snack!

Ingredients

  • Black bread (Borodinsky, Moscow) – 3 slices
  • Salted herring fillet – 90 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Green apple – 0.5 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – a few twigs
  • Green onion – several feathers
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil the egg hard-boiled (exactly 7 minutes after boiling – so the yolk does not turn blue!). Cool the boiled egg in cold water, peel, and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the salted herring fillet without skin and bones into small cubes.
  3. Wash the green, juicy and crispy apple, wipe dry and cut into small cubes.
  4. Sprinkle the sliced ​​apple with lemon juice – this will not darken.
  5. Wash greens (parsley and green onions), dry, and chop separately.
  6. We form forshmakbrody. Put slices of black bread (ideally Borodinsky) on a plate. Spread sour cream on the bread. Spare sour cream, sandwiches should be juicy.
  7. Then sprinkle each slice of bread greased with sour cream with black pepper.
  8. Now put the apple on the sandwiches.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  10. In the next step, place the egg circles on the sandwiches.
  11. Then comes the herring.
  12. Sprinkle almost ready-made forshmakbrods with green onions.
