For those wishing to have a quick bite, there are two Danish sandwich options – with salmon and cucumbers.
Ingredients
Toast bread – 4 slices
Fresh cucumbers – 100 g
Salted salmon – 100 g
Sour cream 25% fat – 2 tbsp
Capers – 1 teaspoon
Fresh dill – 1/2 bunch
Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Ground red hot pepper – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Directions
Prepare food for Danish redfish and cucumber sandwiches.
Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler. Place on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Peel the fish of skin and bones, cut into thin slices.
Mix sour cream with finely chopped capers and salt.
For the cucumber sandwich, use 2 slices of bread. Lubricate them with sour cream. Put cucumber strips on one slice, sprinkle with black pepper on the second slice.
Fold one on top of the other.
For the fish sandwich, also brush both slices of bread with sour cream. Put the fish on one piece and sprinkle with red pepper. Sprinkle the second slice with finely chopped dill.
Also, fold one on top of the other.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally into triangles.
Delicious Danish sandwiches with redfish and cucumbers are ready!
