Sandwiches with Sea Fish

Ingredients

  • Soft baguette, cut lengthwise (15-20 cm long) – 4 pcs.

  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

  • Ground black pepper
  • Apple cider vinegar – ¼ glass
  • Shredded carrots – ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise – ¼ glass
  • Hot sauce (with red chili) – 1 tbsp
  • Fillet of catfish (catfish), cut lengthwise – 2 pcs. (250-300 g each)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Brush a slice of bread with butter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup honey with soy sauce, ginger, green onions, and garlic. Season with a little salt and pepper.
