Beautiful and delicious sandwiches are a great snack at the dinner table.

Ingredients
Bacon – 4 slices
Cheddar cheese (finely chopped) – 240 g
Canned pimento pepper (finely chopped) – 120 g
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Onions (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
Bread – 16-20 slices
Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for serving
Making sandwiches:
Directions
Fry the bacon in a pan, stirring occasionally, for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove the fried bacon from the pan and transfer to a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Then cut the bacon into small pieces.
Combine bacon, cheese, pimento, mayonnaise, onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl, mix well (this mixture can be stored in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container for up to 1 week).
Grease half of all the bread slices with the resulting cheese mass, top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves, cover the sandwiches with the second slice of bread.
