Sandwiches with Sprats and Tomato

A delicious snack for unexpected guests. Offer your guests delicious sprat and tomato sandwiches, the recipe is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Baton – 6 slices
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Canned sprats – 1 can (160 g)
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
  • Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp

How to make sprat and tomato sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Cut the loaf into slices (about 0.8 cm thick).
  2. Wash greens, chop finely.
  3. Wash the tomato, cut into thin slices.
  4. Open a jar of sprat.
  5. Peel, wash, chop the garlic with a garlic press. Add Mayo.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with garlic.
  7. Spread the resulting mixture on the loaf slices.
  8. Sprinkle the loaf slices with parsley.
  9. Then put the sprats on top. Decorate the sandwiches with tomato slices. Sandwiches with sprats and tomatoes are ready.
