Ingredients
- 1 orange (s), untreated
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 250 grams sugar
- 700 ml white wine, dry
- 700 ml red wine, dry
- 250 g peach (s)
- 250 g rapes
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 apple
- 100 ml orange liqueur, e.g. Grand Manier

- Rinse the orange and lemon with hot, cut crossways into 3 mm wide slices, remove any seeds, mix with the sugar and the wines in a large punch bowl and stir for a few minutes. Chill overnight in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Clean and chop the fruit. Add the fruits and Grand Manier and serve with ice cubes.
