Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines, (oil sardines without skin or bones)
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Dice eggs and pickles very finely. Put both with the butter and the oil sardines (complete with oil) in a bowl. Now stir with the hand mixer until foamy. Finally, season with salt.
  2. This butter is delicious with fresh bread or vegetable sticks. You can keep them in the refrigerator for a few days. It will be nice and creamy again at room temperature.
