Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 400 g fish fillet (s), e.. redfish
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml vegetable broth or fish broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente.
  2. Season the fish well and let it simmer in the broth. Take out and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and chop the onion, cut the leek into rings and sauté both in a little oil. Eight tomatoes and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the pasta in a baking dish and spread the fish cubes on top.
  5. Sprinkle about a third of the cheese on top. Now distribute the vegetables on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
