Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon and onion cubes and mix with roughly chopped sauerkraut, sour cream, cream, salt and pepper. Put in the Ultra 3 l from Tupperware or another, slightly higher casserole dish with a capacity of approx. 3 l.
  2. Halve the Cabanossi lengthways and cut into slices, spread over the sauerkraut and sprinkle with paprika powder.

  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
