  • 1 small Can sauerkraut
  • 3 port. Potato (n) (mashed potatoes)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, fry briefly, chop and place in a greased baking dish. Tear apart the sauerkraut (remove the liquid) and place on top of the minced meat. Put the mashed potatoes on the sauerkraut. Pour the broth over it. Bake at 200 degrees on the middle rack for 30-45 minutes.
