Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), thinly sliced
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Paprika powder
  • Caraway seed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato slices with milk, whipped cream, bay leaf and ½ teaspoon salt for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the minced meat with onion and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then fold in the sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
  3. Layer the potatoes and sauerkraut and minced meat mixture in a baking dish and pour the milk and cream mixture over them. Sprinkle the whole with the crumbled feta cheese and put in the oven.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
