Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g sauerkraut (preferably fresh)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Broth to deglaze
  • soy sauce
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese (e.. emmental), rated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g pasta
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. The vegetables are cut into small pieces. Fry the minced meat with the onions, add the peppers and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sauerkraut, pour approx. 300 ml of stock, add tomato paste and bring to the boil. Season with the soy sauce.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the 2 eggs and fold in the cheese. In the meantime, put the pasta, cooked al dente in salted water, in a baking dish, pour the sauerkraut mince mixture over it and pour the sour sauce over it. Baked in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
