Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g ham (Katenschinken), smoked, diced
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 200 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, dice them and fry them together with the diced ham in butter, add the diced boiled ham and sauté the sauerkraut briefly. Grate the parmesan cheese.
  3. Put the sauerkraut, pasta and cheese in layers in a baking dish and pour the cream over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
