Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 4 slices Kasseler
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 1 small Can sauerkraut
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Can / s pineapple
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Caraway seed
  • pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • oil
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and potatoes and sauté them in oil, add the garlic. Fry everything over medium heat. Kassler and rosemary with it. Continue frying, season with caraway seeds, chilli and pepper, add sauerkraut and pineapple with juice and sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary. Let it simmer slowly for about 20 minutes.
