Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), diced
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 20 g clarified butter
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 8 piece (s) sausages, small or soy sausages
- 100 ml cream or milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the 8 sausages diagonally into slices, fry on all sides in a coated pan, remove. Steam the diced onions and potatoes in the frying fat for 10 minutes, possibly add a little clarified butter.
- Only when the potatoes are done add the can of sauerkraut. Deglaze everything with the cream and / or milk, add 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt, pepper, sweeten to taste.
- Let it soak for another 10 minutes.
