  • 500 g potato (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 8 piece (s) sausages, small or soy sausages
  • 100 ml cream or milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the 8 sausages diagonally into slices, fry on all sides in a coated pan, remove. Steam the diced onions and potatoes in the frying fat for 10 minutes, possibly add a little clarified butter.
  2. Only when the potatoes are done add the can of sauerkraut. Deglaze everything with the cream and / or milk, add 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt, pepper, sweeten to taste.
