Sausage Fried in Waffle Cakes Instructions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and add salt. Whisk with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  2. Peel the sausage from the factory shell and cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick.
  3. Place a circle of sausage on the waffle crust and cover with another waffle crust. In the same way, collect the rest of the sausage waffle sandwiches (from the specified number of products, I got 13 pieces).

  4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on medium heat. Quickly dip the waffle sandwiches on both sides of the beaten egg, shake off any excess egg mass, and place in a preheated skillet.
  5. Fry the “lazy brizoli” with sausage over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and deliciously golden brown.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining pieces.

Enjoy your meal!
