Ingredients

  • g 1,000 sausae, (huntin sausae)
  • g 1,000 tomato (s), happened
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 dash tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cream, or cremefine
  • Chili powder, or flakes
  • some basil, fresh
  • some parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 750 g pasta, (preferably Spirelli)
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces and dice the hunting sausage. Then sweat the onion pieces in the pan, then add the diced sausage to the pan and fry properly. Now season with salt and pepper, add the 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir everything together. But not there too long, otherwise it can get bitter.
  2. Now deglaze everything with the tomatoes and stir well. A dash of ketchup rounds off the taste and sweetens it a little. Now add the cream or Cremefine, stir and simmer. Now cut the basil and parsley, add to the sauce and then season again with pepper, salt and chili powder, then briefly bring to the boil again. In the meantime, cook the pasta as usual and then serve everything together.
