Ingredients

  • 12 sausage
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying
  • 1 package herbs (parsley, chives, 8 herbs), frozen
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic, fry both in hot oil. Clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Fry both, season as needed and simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and add to the vegetables, stir in and heat. Then pour in the cream, simmer a little and fold in the herbs.
  3. In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite, drain and also fold in.
  4. Tip: also tastes delicious with rice.
