Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, your choice
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pack grilled sausages, small ones, e.g. Nürnberger
  • 2 shallot (s) or onions
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Cut the sausages into small wheels. Brown the sausage and shallot cubes in oil in a large pan. Deglaze with the chunky tomatoes. Reduce the heat. Fill the tomato can quarter full with water, swirl well and add the liquid to the sauce. Add the cream and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Let simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  3. Put the pasta in a baking dish, spread the sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with a colorful salad.
