Ingredients

  • 500 g sausae (fresh ham sausae), in one piece
  • 300 g cheese (Emmentaler), in one piece
  • 6 cucumber (s) pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 small Jar onion (s) (silver onions)
  • 1 small Jar tomato peppers
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Cucumber liquid
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham sausage and the Emmental cheese into fine strips and place in a bowl. Cut the pickles into slices and add. Drain the silver onions and the tomato pepper cut into strips, cut the peeled onion into cubes and then mix everything in.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Maggi and the pickle stock. Cover and let the salad stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
  3. Before serving, fold everything in again and season again if necessary. Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle over them.
  4. Finally, depending on your taste, you put on top of it in wafer-thin cut onion rings.
